Science/STEM

Hello! My name is Mrs. Lopez and I am the Science/STEM teacher at San Gabriel Mission Elementary School. During class, students master the new Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) through inquiry, exploration, and hands-on investigations. In class, we connect concepts learned to real-world phenomena which aid in student comprehension and retention of information. 

 

In the lab, we learn through collaboration, making mistakes, trying again (and again), and succeeding!
