FEES FOR SERVICE:

Registration Fee per family - If a family wishes to use CASA regularly or pay discounted drop-off rates, they must sign the CASA Agreement form and pay the $75 Registration fee before the start of the school year.

REGISTERED families who pay their monthly bills on time every month during the 2018-2019 school year will have their CASA fee credited to their final bill. Families will be charged the regular rate until the CASA Agreement and $75 fee are received.

Payment for Service

All CASA bills will be mailed to families on the last day of the month and are due, paid in full, within 15 days . If a family has a past due balance (does not pay the previous month’s bill within 15 days) the children will not be allowed to attend CASA until the balance is paid.

EXPECTATIONS:

CASA is an extension of the regular school day, and the same expectations for cooperation by students and parents are assumed. Families who consistently violate the policies and procedures of the Extended Day Care Program will be removed from the program by the Principal.

Parent responsibilities include:
- support for program policies and procedures;
- collaboration with the Principal and Extended Day Care personnel;
- meeting all financial obligations in a timely manner;
- notification to SGMES CASA Staff of any changes
in their home or work address, telephone or emergency numbers.

Student responsibilities include:
- respect for all staff, students, and property;
- use of appropriate language and voice level;
- consideration for others – sharing, taking turns, kindness, etc.
- following CASA rules.
