Thank you for your interest in San Gabriel Mission Elementary School. Open enrollment has begun! If you are interested in enrolling your child in any of our Transitional Kindergarten through 8th grade classes, please fill out the form below and bring it in to our School Office along with the required documents indicated below.
The school will conduct a TESTING DAY on March 14, 2017 at 3:30 p.m. There is a testing fee of $35 per child due on the day of testing. Students entering grades 1-8 are administered a computerized test, and Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten applicants are interviewed by their respective teachers. Please call the School Office to schedule an appointment for testing.
Also, If you are interested in scheduling a tour of our campus, please feel free to contact our School Office (626-281-2454) to set up an appointment for that as well.
Required Documents for Students Applying to Our Program:
- Most Current Report Card or Progress Report (Grades 1-8)
- Immunization Records
- Birth Certificate
- Baptismal Certificate (ONLY IF APPLICABLE)
- First Eucharist Certificate (ONLY IF APPLICABLE)
