Thank you for your interest in San Gabriel Mission Elementary School. If you are interested in enrolling your child in any of our Transitional Kindergarten through 8th grade classes, please fill out application located below and bring it in to our School Office along with the required documents indicated below.
Students entering grades 1-8 are administered a computerized test, and Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten applicants are interviewed by their respective teachers. There is a testing fee of $35 per child due on the day of testing. Please call the School Office to schedule an appointment for testing.

- Most Current Report Card or Progress Report (Grades 1-8)
- Immunization Records
- Birth Certificate
- Baptismal Certificate (If applicable)
- First Eucharist Certificate (If applicable)
